Negros Native Coffee is dubbed as the rainforest coffee. It grows in the mountains of Mount Patag, Don Salvador Benedicto, La Carlota, and as well as in Canlusong, E.B. Magalona.

1. In this process the coffee bean stays inside the cherry while it is being dried.
2. Flavor wise, robusta coffee is not as complex as the arabica. Robusta coffee is more bitter and its caffeine content is twice as the arabica.
