Work arrangement
We are open to working with you on a project basis as a freelancer or as a regular employee w / statutory benefits after the probation period.
University students (part-time) and fresh graduates (part time / full time) who lack experience or knowledge but are willing to learn on the go are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen the presence of the AGA Coffee brand offline and online
- Establish and track sales and marketing metrics
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns both, traditional and digital
- Assist in the sales process
- Contribute to data-driven decision making
- Review and draft documents such as contracts, agreements, and financial statements
- Create digital and printed content, e.g., blog posts, photos, banners, social media posts
Requirements
- Love for coffee. We value genuine communication that fellow coffee lovers, i.e., customers and partners can relate to
- Attention to detail
- Results-oriented
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
Bonus for
- Sales or e-commerce experience
- Certificates in digital marketing, e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint
- Experience as a barista or brewing coffee at home
- Graphic design or photography experience
- Experience working as a virtual assistant
- University-level education in business, engineering, management, communication, statistics or accounting
